Where we are today: TRiiSUM's booking platform has not launched yet — this site is a pre-launch waitlist. These terms cover the website and waitlist only. A separate, expanded terms of service will apply once trip, hotel, car, and Umrah bookings go live.

1. Who we are

TRiiSUM ("TRiiSUM", "we", "us", "our") is a travel platform being built in Pakistan, operating from the National Incubation Center, Plot #24 Street 6, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad, 44000 (formerly Shop 9, Main Street, Faisalabad, 38000). This website (triisum.com) is our pre-launch site.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you a queue position and is not a booking, purchase, contract, or guarantee of access, pricing, or launch date.
You may be invited to try the product before general availability; features, pricing, and launch timing may change.
We may close, reorder, or reset the waitlist at our discretion, for example to prevent abuse.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false information when joining the waitlist;
attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the site;
use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The TRiiSUM name, logo, and site content are owned by TRiiSUM (or its licensors) and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" during our pre-launch phase, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRiiSUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site or the waitlist.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
