Privacy Policy

Where we are today: TRiiSUM's booking platform has not launched yet, so we do not currently process booking or payment data. This policy covers the waitlist site only (which does create a real account for you, described below) and will be expanded before the full product (with bookings and payments via our payment partner Swich) goes live.

1. What we collect

Joining the waitlist creates a real account. You provide:

We also generate a referral code for you and record when your email address is confirmed, which determines your queue position.

Fraud prevention: when you join, we also record the IP address your signup request came from, your browser's user agent string, and a coarse device summary (platform, screen size, timezone, and language). We use these solely to review suspected abuse of the referral program (for example, bulk fake signups); they are never shown publicly and are not used for advertising or profiling.

If you email us directly (hey@triisum.com), that message and your email address are received in our mailbox like any normal email.

2. Where your data is stored

Your account and waitlist entry are stored with our database provider,Supabase, hosted in Singapore (Amazon Web Services region ap-southeast-1). The confirmation email you receive after joining is delivered by Resend, our email provider. The website itself is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes visitor requests (including IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

3. Public Creator leaderboard

If you join as a Triisum Creator and confirm your email, thename you entered and your count of confirmed referrals appear on a public leaderboard on this site. Please don't enter a name you wouldn't want shown publicly. To be removed from the leaderboard, contact us athey@triisum.com.

4. Browser storage

We keep a convenience copy of your waitlist entry and your signed-in session token in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data signs you out on that device, but it doesnot delete your account or waitlist entry from our servers. See ourCookie Policy for details.

5. Third parties

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site for us: Supabase (database and accounts), Resend (delivery of confirmation and account emails), and Cloudflare (hosting and security).

Two Cloudflare services deserve a specific mention. Cloudflare Web Analyticsgives us aggregate visit counts using a cookieless beacon: it sets no cookies, builds no personal profiles, and does no cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Turnstileprotects our signup and login forms from bots by analyzing browser signals during the check; it may set strictly necessary security cookies. We run no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking tools of any kind.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, ordelete your account and waitlist entry entirely. Emailhey@triisum.com from the address you signed up with and we will act on verified requests. Self-serve account deletion will ship with the full product.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Future updates

Once bookings and payments launch, this policy will be significantly expanded to cover the data those features require (identity, booking details, payment processing via Swich, location, and communication preferences), consistent with applicable law. We'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date.
